Professor Dr. Muhammad Mubeen is a highly accomplished and experienced consultant in Anesthesia at Shalamar Hospital, Lahore. With a rich academic background, he obtained his MBBS from Army Medical College / Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad in December 1981, followed by FCPS in Anaesthesiology from CPSP in October 1991. Dr. Mubeen has an extensive educational portfolio, including a Grading Course in Anaesthesiology from Armed Forces Post Graduate Medical Institute (AFPGMI) in 1989 and various certifications from the UK, such as Registrar Anaesthesia & Intensive Care at Guy’s Hospital, London, and a Pain Clinic Certificate from Postgraduate Medical Centre, Basingstoke District Hospital.He has earned numerous honors, including a Certificate of Honour in Surgery in 1981. Dr. Mubeen has a prolific record of publications in indexed and non-indexed journals, covering topics ranging from key performance indicators of anesthetic practice to the management of post-tonsillectomy pain and vomiting. Additionally, he has made several presentations at national and international conferences, showcasing his expertise in emergency airway management and various aspects of anesthesia.Dr. Mubeen's teaching experience spans two decades, during which he has held the position of Professor of Anesthesiology, supervised numerous students in FCPS and MCPS, and served as an examiner for both CPSP and the University of Health Sciences, Pakistan. He has also facilitated workshops and actively participated in workshops and conferences related to anesthesia, pain management, and disaster management.In his illustrious career, Dr. Mubeen has held key positions in prestigious institutions, including his current role as Professor and Head of Anesthesia at Shalamar Institute of Medical Sciences. His vast clinical experience includes appointments as Consultant Anesthetist and Associate Medical Director at Pakistan Kidney & Liver Transplant Institute & Research Centre, Lahore, and Head of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care at Combined Military Hospital Kharian, among others. Dr. Mubeen's special experiences include contributions to the establishment of operating theaters and central sterilization services in cardiac centers, preparation of master plans for hospitals, and extensive administrative roles. Furthermore, he has played a crucial role in the development of Cleft Centre Gujrat, working in collaboration with international organizations and contributing to the field of cleft surgery.With a career marked by excellence in clinical service, education, and administrative leadership, Professor Dr. Muhammad Mubeen continues to be a respected figure in the field of Anesthesia.

Professor Dr. Muhammad Mubeen, a consultant in Anesthesia at Shalamar Hospital, Lahore, is a highly qualified and experienced medical professional. He holds an MBBS from Army Medical College/Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad and FCPS in Anaesthesiology from the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan. 1. For establishment of OT/CSSD in Cardiac Centre Lahore with modulation & Laminar Flow System, was tech member of basic founder team cardiac centre Lahore.

2. Prepared master plan for uplifting of CMH Lahore.

3. Equipment procurement Various UN Missions Including level III Hospital Sudan, also purchased specialized equipment for various military hospitals in Pakistan.

4. Established closed waste management system various military hospitals.

5. Established Mobile Operation Theatre with 12 beds ICU with matching diagnostic facilities for armed forces strike formations.

6. Have vast departmental, administrative experience being working as HOD in    various military hospitals mentioned above.

7. Worked as technical advisor and senior consultant at Cleft Centre Gujrat Pakistan functioning under Pakistan Cleft Lip and Palate Association (PCLAPA) w.e.f 10th March 2013. This centre works in collaboration with following international organizations :
